No. Some products might be too complex/large or difficult to photograph in a group project setting. We will review your booking request and provide a payment link for you to confirm your booking.

If someone else pays before you do, and therefore all slots are full, you will be offered a place on the next available shoot date (or alternatively, a refund if you’ve already lodged your payment).

Can I have more than one product photographed?
Yes, you can book more than one product. Each product takes one slot @ $1k+GST per slot, and there are only 6 slots available.

Can my product be photographed alongside someone else’s product?
Potentially, yes, but only with mutual agreement between both product owners (and us, of course!).

You will receive 30 images.

In your intake form, you can specify whether you'd like 3:2, 2:3, 1:1 or a combo of all formats.

What kind of photos will I receive?

A range of beautiful lifestyle images shot in the gorgeous Skyline Burleigh. Shots will include close-ups with hands, as well as wider-angled shots. You can request three settings (e.g. kitchen, loungeroom, etc.), and we will shoot in at least two of them. Poolside is subject to weather, and if it’s not possible, we’ll simply shoot indoors. You’ll have the opportunity to share inspiration images and provide written details on your likes/dislikes. However, this is not a 'client-directed' project—you’re trusting our team of ultra-experienced creatives to produce beautiful images for you.

Will I get high resolution images as well as low resolution?

The images will be supplied in high-resolution format, so you can confidently use them in print as well as online.

Your product needs to arrive at a mid-Gold Coast address by COB Tuesday 12th November, in a sealed carton, with your business name clearly marked on the outside.

What if my product is delayed?
All the other participants are depending on your product arriving on time too, so please don't commit unless you're 100% sure you can get it to us in time!

Can I have my product back?
Yes, of course. You are welcome to organise a courier for pickup once we are finished with it. We will repackage it in the same packaging you supplied. We don't offer Post Office drop-off. If you don't have a courier account, we can recommend www.transdirect.com.au.

What happens if you break my product?
If your product is high-value, please ensure you have appropriate insurance in place. We will take 1000% care of your product (white glove treatment for real!), but accidents can happen (thankfully very, very rarely).

The shoot date is Friday 15th November, and you will receive your images by Friday 22nd November.

100% of the fee, i.e. $1k+GST, is due upfront to secure your booking. You can pay via direct deposit (no extra fees), or we can provide a Stripe payment link (processing fees apply). Your booking is only confirmed when your payment has been received. (no holds)

This fee includes your share of the cost of: location hire, model fees, photography + standard editing.

Under international copyright law, the photographer retains ownership of the images. You will receive a perpetual license to use the images in your marketing materials (both online and offline) indefinitely. However, you may not sell the images or profit directly from them without prior approval. For example, printing them on merchandise for sale (e.g. you print one of the photos on a tshirt and want to sell it), would require approval and an additional fee. The photographer, model and location reserve the right to display the images in their portfolios and marketing/education materials.

Can I modify the images myself afterwards?
You are licensed to use the images as they are supplied. This means that you shouldn’t apply additional filters, or add modifications (including cutting the model out and using AI to place her in another setting) without written permission from the photographer

Your images will be completed with standard editing—i.e., contrast, colour balance, brightness, etc., will be optimised in the photographer's style. If you have elective edits (e.g., "can you make that clothing item red instead of blue"), we can provide a quote for additional editing.
