The written quotation that you will receive for your approval will define what you will receive in terms of your imagery package. Please read this very carefully as it will supersede information published on our website. Customised modifications are often included on individual quotes.
Cancellation Fees
Once quote is accepted and/or

In certain extenuating circumstances we may offer a credit for paid deposits for a duration of up to 12 months.
Turnaround time
We endeavour to provide completed imagery within 7 days of your shoot date. At certain times of the year, it may extend for up to 10 days. In the case of Amazon Product imagery, please allow up to 7 days per product provided. (A actual turnaround time can be provided at the time of your booking, that factors the quantity of images we will produce).
Care of your products
The client is responsible for their product and any supplied props being delivered to our location and the subsequent pickup of all items. Products from completed jobs should be picked up within 14 days of completion of your project. We do not offer a post office drop-off service. We can recommend one-off courier pickup services. All products/props that have not been collected within 14 days, will be disposed of, unless a special arrangement is requested with a defined timeframe.
Once we receive your product and props all care but no responsibility is taken for the condition of your products in the case of accidental breakage or damage. All items should be properly insured by the client. Client needs to define if packaging can be opened and if products can be 'used' for the purpose of images.
Acceptance of our quote and payment of the initial deposit is confirmation of your acceptance of all our terms & conditions.
